This webshop is operated by Molli3. Throughout the webshop, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Molli3. Molli3 is registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce with number: 84244445

 Article 1. General

1.1 The terms and conditions of Molli3 apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of Molli3.

1.2 By placing an order through the webshop from Molli3, the customer agrees to all conditions described here.

1.3 All images on the webshop are an indication. Every product in the webshop is made-to-order which might cause difference in colors or shapes.

1.4 Molli3 accepts no liability for any damage resulting from the use of the products of Molli3.


Article 2. Pricing & Payments

2.1 All prices in our webshop are stated in euros and exclude VAT and shopping costs. There is no VAT applied to the prices because of the Dutch regulations for small businesses.

2.2 All payments in our webshop are processed by Shopify Payments and can be paid with Bancontact, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Ideal. After payment, the order is final and an e-mail will be sent with confirmation of the order and payment.

2.3 If Molli3 accidentally shows an incorrect price on the website – and it is clear that this is a mistake – we have the right to cancel the order.

2.4 All creditcard information is automatically transferred via an encrypted secure system to the paymaster without Molli3 or others having access to the data.


Article 3. Delivery

3.1 Deliveries are carried out by PostNL. Molli3 ships worldwide.

3.2 Molli3 aims to ship all orders within 15 working days after receiving the payment of the order. However, as every product is individually handmade, a strict delivery time cannot be guaranteed. If the delivery will take longer than expected, the customer will be notified immediately.

3.3 Molli3 is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the transporter.

3.4 If the customer entered an incorrect delivery address or if the customer is not at home during delivery, the customer is responsible for the additional costs.

3.5 All orders are packed securely. However, Molli3 cannot guarantee any damages during delivery. If your order comes in damaged, it should be reported to Molli3 within two days after delivery by emailing to info@molli3-studio.com.

3.6 Molli3 is not responsible for the import taxes your country might add.


Article 4. Shipping costs

4.1 The following shipping costs are charged for deliveries:

The Netherlands 

Standard delivery with tracking: €5


Rest of Europe

Standard delivery with tracking: €10


Rest of the world*

Standard delivery with tracking: €20

*Please note that for orders shipped to non-EU countries, custom fees and duties may be charged upon arrival which are not included in the prices.


 Article 5. Returns & right of withdrawal

Made-to-order products can not be cancelled and are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

6.1 All content, including photos and text, on this website are copyrighted. Without written permission this content cannot be reproduced or used to publish.


Article 7. Change of conditions

7.1 Molli3 reserves the right to change the terms and conditions.


Article 8. Disputes

8.1 Dutch laws apply. All disputes arising from agreements between Molli3 and the customer fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Amsterdam located in the Netherlands.
